the process

  1. crews plan in batches

We ran field studies in 5 restaurants. Crews plan in batches, not in 30-minute slots.

the solution

  1. tools that fit the line

We redesigned Cook Now, Protein View, On the Line, Daily View and the cupping workflow. A follow-up visit in 2026 showed where the tablets actually sit on the line.
