The dashboard cut reliance on email by 95%.

Project pricing at NextEra Energy ran through twelve business units, each with its own inputs, and most of it moved over email. Executives lacked visibility, and originators and subject-matter experts had no shared record of who priced what.

Early designs were made department by department and did not match. I designed a tile-based navigation that kept things simple and could grow across all twelve business units.

After interviewing experts from every unit, the breakthrough was simple: everyone shared a pricing deadline. That became the center of the Universal SME Dashboard.

With business analysts and developers, I designed Manage Model and Reference Data, a hub where units upload and maintain the data that powers automated pricing.

The dashboard cut reliance on email by 95%.
Requests, deadlines and status were visible in one place, which improved accountability.
