Last updated November 1, 2026. This covers uxpocketbook.com and iamjerryux.com, which I, Jerry Mathurin (iamjerryux), run. Questions go to jerry@iamjerryux.com.
What I collect
- What you give me: your name and email when you sign up, book a call, write to me or buy the book, and your shipping address if you buy the paperback.
- What you send me: comments, notes and testimonials.
- Your reading progress in the online edition.
How I use it
- To send you what you asked for, deliver your order, run the online edition and reply to you.
- To email you, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- A testimonial is only shared publicly with your permission, credited the way you chose.
Who else sees it
I don’t sell or rent your data. It’s shared only with the services that run these sites for me: hosting, email, scheduling and payments. Payments go through a payment processor, and I never see your card number.
Cookies
No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The sites only store what they need to work, like keeping you signed in.
How long I keep it
As long as you’re on my list or using the online edition. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Email jerry@iamjerryux.com to see, correct or delete your data, including a testimonial you sent. I’ll reply within 7 days.
Refunds
Ebook sales are final. If a file doesn’t open, or your paperback arrives damaged or misprinted, email me and I’ll fix it or send a new one.
