Jerry is a wonderful UX designer committed to learning and improving. During my time working with him at NextEra, he picked up new processes and tools quickly. He was always willing to ask questions and seek the expertise of others, making him a true team player. Because of this, he was willing to step outside his role and help to improve the team, like creating components for the design system.
